If you ever need help with someone, or if something isn't working you can click on the Settings Icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Once the Settings tab opens, go towards the bottom and select Help under the About Section. On the screen, there is a box to fill out. Include as much information as possible so we can understand what you need help with. Once we receive this, we will then reply back from Support via email to the email listed on your account. All Support tickets take 24-48 hours. So please be patient as we will get back to you as soon as possible!
